Cube Wynwood
RedSky Capital initiates construction of an iconic 94,000 square-foot office building with ground-level retail space in the Miami's popular Wynwood district. A-1 Block is chosen to produce and supply the architectural block integral to the building's attractive design. -
Air Commerce Park
Exeter Property Group begins construction of a 561,750 square-foot distribution facility on a 42.7 acre site. The design includes 103 dock positions, 60-foot speed bays, and a 60-foot concrete truck apron. A-1 Block sourced advanced concrete mixtures to meet developer needs and complete all features. -
Flamingo Crossings
Disney launches development of Flamingo Crossings Town Center which includes plans for several major hotels and a sprawling shopping center. A-1 Block was hired to produce and deliver 300,000 CMUs as building material. -

BLD Group begins construction of a mixed-purpose residential complex adjacent to the Orlando's popular Mall at Millenia. The gated property is to include 403 units and a variety of modern, luxury amenities. A-1 Block becomes the easy choice as concrete partner since our Orlando production facility is located beside I-4 and represents a straight-shot to the construction site. -
Colonial High
On behalf of Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), Skanska, lead construction partner, launches Phase 1 of development at Colonial High School which oversees the demolition of many dated structures and the construction of a new Administration building, Media building, Cafeteria and Gymnasium. A-1 Block is chosen to produce and supply the architectural block used in the exterior finishes of these iconic new buildings.
